36 year old female documenting life with cancer... In January 2008, I was diagnosed with Stage IB cervical cancer. I was treated with surgery in February 2008 and in remission until December. The day after Xmas, I found out the cancer had spread to my left lung and chest wall, which is now considered Stage 4.
This blog documents my journey to healing.
Hi Julie - I am Tim's (Angie's husband) sister, freezing here in central NY. He sent me the link to your blog when you shared it with him. I have been following along. Yesterday, when I picked my kids up from the sitter, my husband's Aunt Vicki was there. She is also fighting the mutating cells. She has finished her Kemo and her hair has begun to regrow. She looked so cute. We all laughed how Aunt Vicki has more hair than my daughter (who is almost 14 months old). It was good to hear her laugh! You are in my thoughts and prayers!
